We are a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, a member-owned co-op that has been serving the Grand Valley region since 1935. Over the years, we have grown and evolved to meet the changing energy needs of our community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to deliver value to our members and communities by providing excellent service, promoting energy efficiency, and ensuring the safety of our workforce and the general public. We strive to do the right thing, holding true to our values and principles. We seek to find new and better ways to serve our members and communities, and we are committed to delivering value to all we serve.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to our members, including:
- Energy Supply: We provide electricity to our members through our transmission and distribution system.
- Billing and Payment Options: We offer various payment options, including online payment through SmartHub, as well as payment by app, phone, in person, mail, or drop box.
- Energy Efficiency: We encourage our members to conserve energy and reduce their energy consumption through our Energy Efficiency programs.
- Renewable Energy: We offer renewable energy options to our members, including solar power and wind energy.
- Emergency Services: We provide emergency services, such as power outage response and repair, to ensure our members have reliable access to electricity.
SmartHub
Our SmartHub online portal allows members to manage their account, view their hourly electric usage, and make one-time payments or set up automatic payments. Members can also access information on their energy usage, pay their bill online, and sign up for paperless billing.
Payment Options
In addition to SmartHub, we offer other payment options, including:
- Online payment through PayNow
- Payment by phone
- Payment in person at our office
- Payment by mail
- Payment drop box

We take the safety and security of our members and the public seriously. Our crews are trained to respond quickly and effectively in the event of a power outage or emergency. We also commit to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
