In 1982, Mr. Yam's sons took the helm, formalizing the business as Chua Nak Sing Electrical Engineering Pte Ltd. Recognizing the importance of continuous improvement and international standards, the company underwent a comprehensive revamp in 1998, aligning its internal management processes with ISO 9001 and subsequently rebranding as CNS Electrical Pte Ltd.
