Our founder, Del Ruiz, began his journey in the trade by working at Strosnider's Hardware Store in Bethesda, where he honed his skills in the Electrical Department. After five years, he became the Electrical Manager at Tenleytown Hardware in NW DC. Later, he pursued a career as a Union Electrician for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, earning his Journeyman's license through rigorous placement tests and on-the-job training. Del's experience spans numerous high-profile projects, including the Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium and the FBI building in DC.
