Metro Electric, a renowned electrical contracting company, was founded in 1981 by San Francisco electricians Nick Dutto and Dave Lindt. Since its inception, the company has experienced steady growth and has established itself as a turnkey electrical contractor with four divisions: electrical construction, communications/security, wireless solutions, and 24/7 emergency service and maintenance. With headquarters in San Francisco, Metro serves 15 Bay Area counties.

Meet the Team

Metro Electric has a field crew of 250 experienced electricians and technicians, a management team of 40, and a fleet of 125 vehicles. Our team is led by Nick Dutto, who serves as the President of the company. We have a dedicated team of professionals who are experts in their respective fields, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

This includes structured cabling, fiber optic cabling, CCTV systems, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems. Our wireless solutions division focuses on the design, installation, and maintenance of wireless systems, including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Small Cells, and Wi-Fi networks.
