REA Energy Cooperative, Inc. was formed in 1937 to provide reliable electric service at an affordable price for rural residents in Western Pennsylvania. We have come a long way from just providing rural electric service. Today, we provide new products and services that meet the demands of today's lifestyle. Our mission is to deliver safe, reliable, and affordable electric service to our members while also focusing on community development and energy efficiency.

We serve Armstrong, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Indiana, Jefferson, and Westmoreland counties in Pennsylvania. Our Indiana Headquarters is located at 75 Airport Road, Indiana, PA 15701, and our Ebensburg Office is at 127 Municipal Road, Ebensburg, PA 15931. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 7AM to 3:30PM, except for the Ebensburg Office which is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We offer a range of services including electric service products, dual fuel/ETS heating programs, hot water heater load management, setup new service, existing service, underground service installation, and more. We also provide information on distributed generation including solar, member services, bill pay, and community relations.
