Employee Behavior and Conduct
Several reviewers have expressed concerns about the behavior and conduct of SJE's employees. Specifically, Robbie Castellon reported that a shop boy named Manuel Costa uses company vehicles for personal use and uses company tools to assist with personal issues, such as hassling neighbors. Paul V. claimed that an employee sold an item that did not match the description, and when he tried to contact the seller or the company, he received no response. Michael Phillips alleged that an employee named Eddy Schwartz sent him threatening messages after he called the police to handle a dispute between him and his neighbor.
