Disappointing Experience with Last-Minute Cancellation
The first review, 3-star rating, describes a disappointing experience with the business. The reviewer, Ethan Spiezer, was looking forward to a meeting with the owner, but 10 minutes before the scheduled time, the owner canceled due to parking and location concerns. Ethan explained that they had agreed to give the owner the job, which was time-sensitive, and had even driven 40 minutes to get to the location. However, the owner did not express any concerns until the last minute, making the cancellation unprofessional.
Ethan points out that the location and parking were discussed multiple times before the meeting, and there was ample time to cancel prior to the 10-minute window. He also suggests that the owner should look up an address before agreeing to meet someone at that location.
