Competent and Efficient Professionals

On the other hand, three customers had major issues with the company's professionalism and responsiveness. Jimmy Altieri was unhappy with the smell of cigarettes and booze in the office, claiming that the company employs "a bunch of burnouts and apprentices." Karen Vincent and Ab Haggerty both reported that they never received a response to their calls. Karen waited a few days before contacting another company, which provided better customer service. Ab left a message for the company on Monday, but by Thursday, he had still not heard back, forcing him to call another electrician to complete the job.
