TL Conrad Electric Inc. was founded in February 1989 by TL Conrad, after working for 18 years in the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical field. The company started as a small venture to provide quality electrical services to the local community. Over the years, the demand for quality services led to expansion, and the business grew to include a team of experienced electricians. Today, TL Conrad Electric Inc. is a family-oriented business with a staff of eight, including TL's sons Jason, Joel, and Kyle, who have all joined the company bringing their unique skills and experiences.

The company is associated with the Berks Career & Technology Center, providing hands-on coop training for area youth. TL Conrad Electric Inc. is also a member of the Better Business Bureau, NFIB, and regularly attends seminars by the International Association of Electrical Inspectors to maintain their electrical licensing. They are licensed in the State of Pennsylvania as a Home Improvement Contractor and hold several city Master Electrical Licenses.
