Our journey began in 1998 when Nate and Pam Greene moved to Tiffin and fell in love with the community. They started a company focused on large commercial jobs for big companies and corporations. However, they soon realized that they wanted to focus on something more personal and friendly - residential service. This led to the rebranding of their company in 2012, and Greene's Plumbing, Heating & Electrical was born.

Nate and his small crew worked tirelessly on plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical projects throughout the year. Pam managed the office, handling customer calls, scheduling, bookkeeping, and everything else. Despite the challenges, they loved every moment of it. Today, their daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and David Weaver, are part of the everyday operations, learning the ins and outs of the business and preparing to continue the family legacy when Nate and Pam retire.
